Sipho Ngcobo leads Dots as the Chief Executive Officer. He is accountable for the development and implementation of the company’s commercial strategy and driving the overall global sales, marketing and service.

Previously, Sipho served on a Managerial level in the high-paced, import and export environment and held similar positions in major financial institutions including Investec Private Bank and Discovery Limited.
Sipho is a valuable team player, with an economics background, he brings both the business acumen and understanding of global markets to take this venture to greater heights. He is a firm believer that titles don’t make leaders; leadership means pitching up & doing more than what is expected from you.


Amani Mbara is the CTO at Dots, he oversees the company’s product development and online system architecture. He is responsible for increasing our resilience and agility, through new technology by implementing systems and processes that would transform the speed and efficiency of our new product development.

Amani has vast experience in GSM Networks, Embedded Systems, Software design and Software Development. His work has been honoured by Entelect in 2012, a leading Software Engineering and Solutions Company as one of the Top Coders in South Africa.
Amani has earned an Honours in BSc. Eng. (Electrical and Computer Engineering) from the University of Cape Town.


Kwazikwenkosi Zungu is the Creative Director of Dots. Zungu is responsible for overseeing creative vision and ensuring brand consistency. He has played a major role in the development of many successful strategic design fields, with expertise that span across the arenas of Multimedia, UI design and Corporate Branding. A versatile and seasoned designer, Zungu holds a B.A degree in Graphic Design.
Zungu has an in depth understanding of the online marketplace along with a fresh vision and provocative ideas to propel us forward and has proven to be the ideal young Creative. With vibrant and flexible skills that will draw much needed innovation and creativity. He is able to develop unique conceptual ideas in order to not only place the company at the front line of distinctively unique service delivery. He is charged with upholding the standards of design and identity for many of the company’s most prominent products.
