Dots provides facilities for recruiters to place advertisements pertaining to employment vacancies on the Dots Website. All advertisements are linked to a vacancy category and job title selected by the advertiser.
This agreement constitutes the whole agreement between the parties relating to the subject matter hereof. No amendment or consensual cancellation of this agreement or any provision or term thereof shall be binding unless recorded in a written document signed by the parties.
Credential Verification checks cannot be performed on an individual without a signed consent/indemnity form.
Several items of legislation, including but not limited to the PoPI Act and the Constitution protects the rights and privacy of individuals, and govern the Background Screening Process.
To this end, DOTS RECRUIT has developed a standard Personal Credential Disclosure Form (often referred to as the PCV form or DOTS RECRUIT Consent Form) that must be completed before DOTS RECRUIT can begin the verification process.
